Mould and fungus remediation is the clearest example. Wiping black growth off a bathroom ceiling removes the stain and leaves the cause, which is why the same patch returns within weeks. Our mould and fungus remediation service starts by finding the moisture source, a blocked AC condensate line, failed silicone, cold bridging, a room with no working extract, contains the area before disturbing anything, then treats and reports what needs to change.

Where the smell arrives with the airflow rather than sitting on a wall, the source is inside the machine, and AC mould and coil disinfection is the right scope: coil, drain pan, blower and filters, with the condensate line actually cleared rather than left to refill the pan within days.

Everyone we send is a MUMTAZ employee on our visa and our insurance, trained and supervised by us, which is the substantive difference from an informal arrangement, and it means cover is arranged when someone is on leave rather than a cancelled visit.

Where a requirement grows past a fixed weekly slot into permanent on-site presence, manpower supply through our Facilities Management division is usually the better structure, and we will say when that point has been reached rather than stretching an hourly booking past what it was designed for.

We do not publish prices, and we would treat a fixed figure quoted over the phone without seeing the site with some caution. What a job costs depends on area, the condition it is actually in, access, and whether the work is one visit or a cycle, a number given before any of that is known is a number that will change.

For straightforward residential work, describing the property and what you need on WhatsApp is usually enough for a realistic quote. For anything where scope has to be seen, mould with an unidentified moisture source, a warehouse, a fit-out handover, or a whole-building programme, a surveyor attends first and the proposal sets out what is included and what is quoted separately.

Scheduling is built around your operation rather than ours. Retail and malls are worked outside trading hours and to landlord contractor windows; warehouses run nights, weekends, shutdowns or aisle rotation; offices are cleaned before opening or after closing; hospitality kitchens are done between close and prep. Handover cleaning follows the construction programme, which means it absorbs everyone else's delay, so an honest date for the last dusty trade is worth more to us than an optimistic one.
