We train our own technicians. New technicians are trained on method, chemical handling and safety before they work unsupervised, and the training continues on the job under a supervisor. Experience helps, but a hands-on trade background and a willingness to learn the work properly counts for as much.
Pest Control Technician

Inspect, treat and report on residential and commercial premises, working from the office nearest the job.
The job, day to day
Inspect a property before treating it, and identify the species and the harbourage rather than the sightings
Apply municipality-approved products at label dilution, placed where the pest actually is
Explain the re-entry period and the preparation to the customer in plain language
Write the service report, including the IPM assessment, before leaving site
Flag structural, drainage or HVAC causes rather than treating around them
What we look for
Experience in pest control, or in a hands-on trade and willing to be trained into it
Enough English or Arabic to explain a treatment and a re-entry period to a customer
A UAE driving licence is useful but not required for every route
Care with records: an unrecorded visit is a visit nobody can prove

Pest Control Engineer / Supervisor

Survey sites, scope programmes, set device plans and hold the standard across a team of technicians.
The job, day to day
Survey commercial sites and write the scope, the device plan and the visit schedule
Set intervals per area and review them against what the monitoring actually shows
Check technicians on site, retrain where the work is drifting, and handle cover
Own the client relationship for the sites you run, and the reporting that goes with them
Decide when a finding belongs to the building rather than to pest control, and say so
What we look for
Several years in pest control, including commercial or food premises work
A degree or diploma in a relevant science is useful, but experience counts for more
Comfortable writing a report an auditor will read
English, with Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or Malayalam an advantage on mixed sites

Work a room top down and dry before wet, to the checklist for the job
Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms, which is where a job is judged
Use the right product for the surface, particularly on natural stone
Leave the property ready to walk into, and report anything found that is damage rather than soil
What we look for
Cleaning experience, ideally including deep or handover cleaning
Reliability on a schedule, because these jobs are pinned to dates that do not move
Basic English or Arabic for site instructions

Notice what is changing on the site and report it before it becomes a complaint
What we look for
Housekeeping or cleaning experience, in a building, a hotel or a household
Consistency and discretion, because you are on someone else’s premises every day
