One Brand. Three Specialized Divisions.

MUMTAZ Integrated Services Group is a UAE facility services company founded in Sharjah in 2006 and trading under licence 546486. Three divisions work from offices in Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi: pest control in Sharjah, approved by the Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi municipalities; cleaning, from an hourly cleaner in an apartment to high-level racking work in a distribution centre; and facilities management, covering soft services, hard FM, preventive maintenance and manpower supply.

Work is delivered from three offices, in Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and municipality pest control approval is held in all three. 344 people work from those bases, 264 of them on client sites every day, including 86 certified technicians.

Anyone can sell a deep clean. The jobs that need a method rather than a mop are where most of our volume now sits, and several of them are barely served in this market.

Mould and fungus remediation starts by finding the moisture source, a blocked AC condensate line, failed silicone, cold bridging, a room with no working extract, because treating the growth without it means the same patch returns within weeks. Where the musty smell arrives with the airflow instead of sitting on a wall, AC mould and coil disinfection is the right scope: coil, drain pan, blower and filters, with the condensate line actually cleared.

For logistics operators, warehouse and industrial cleaning covers high-level racking, floor scrubbing and degreasing, and cold storage worked without leaving water to freeze, across JAFZA, DIP, Al Quoz, the Sharjah Industrial Areas and Mussafah. Because we also hold municipality-approved pest control, both can be taken as one warehouse cleaning and pest control AMC: one contractor, one method statement, one HSE file, and reports that share a site plan.

Also available: post-construction cleaning to handover standard, disinfection and sanitisation for offices, clinics and schools, hourly cleaning staff on employed and insured contracts, bird control and pigeon proofing, snake and reptile control, and fumigation with export certificates for cargo shipping through Jebel Ali and Khalifa Port.

A contractor is worth as much for what it declines to claim as for what it sells. We do not guarantee a pest-free building, any premises receiving goods and people daily has continuous pest pressure, and a guarantee is a sales device rather than an outcome. We do not certify a space as sterile after disinfection, and we do not quote kill-rate percentages, because laboratory efficacy figures do not transfer to an occupied building.

We do not carry out laboratory testing or identify mould species, we do not handle medical waste or clinical decontamination, and we do not issue government documents such as phytosanitary certificates. Where a problem needs a plumber, an MEP contractor or a licensed specialist trade, the report says so, including when that means there is no more work for us on that job.
