Termite Control in Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi

Overview

Termites cause structural damage that often goes unnoticed until repair costs run into the tens of thousands of dirhams. The UAE's climate and widespread villa construction make pre-construction soil treatment and post-construction monitoring essential, not optional, for protecting your investment. MUMTAZ has been delivering anti-termite treatments since 2006, working directly with developers, contractors, and homeowners across Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.

For new builds, our pre-construction treatment applies an approved termiticide barrier to the soil before foundations are poured, creating a continuous chemical barrier that protects the structure for years. For existing properties, our technicians inspect for mud tubes, damaged timber, and active colonies, then apply targeted treatment, soil injection, baiting stations, or localised timber treatment, followed by a monitoring schedule to confirm the colony has been eliminated and prevent reinfestation.

This is one of the programmes run by our pest control in Sharjah division, listed in category A on the Sharjah Municipality register.
