Gate passes for the zone and the port
JAFZA is gated, and every contractor needs a pass raised by the tenant company against the technician names, the vehicle plate and our company documents; the zone's own HSE rules apply on top of the tenant's. For contracted sites a standing pass is usually arranged so scheduled visits do not each need a new one. The port itself is a separate regime run by the port operator, and cargo work is mobilised to the container or vessel slot the forwarder or shipping line is given.
Jebel Ali Industrial and DIP are open industrial streets where access is arranged with each site, governed by its inductions, permits to work and operating windows. Labour accommodation across the belt is operator-run and timed to the shifts. Our documentation, trade licence, ISO certificates, Dubai Municipality pest control approval and insurance, goes ahead of every first visit.
What the build type produces
Distribution and storage buildings on the scale Jebel Ali has are rodent territory: open dock doors, pallet stock, packaging and, across a large share of the zone, food and feed. A programme that holds is baiting and monitoring on a numbered device plan, exclusion at doors, cable penetrations and drains, and records for the tenant's own clients, who audit them. Stored-product insects appear in food, feed and commodity storage; birds roost in the open steel of the larger sheds and are excluded with netting; cockroaches and flies concentrate in canteens and welfare blocks and around refuse points.

Zone tenants are inspected by the authority and audited by their own customers, so the documentation is the deliverable: device plans, per-visit reports, trend data, treatment and cleaning logs, and for cargo the fumigation certificate recording the treatment, dosage, exposure period and dates. The rate basis is the same as anywhere in the UAE; the gate pass adds administration, not cost.
