- Follow-up visit. Whether a return visit is in the price, and when it happens.
- Warranty. How long it lasts and what the company does if cockroaches come back.
- Register or municipality approval. In Sharjah, look the company up on the Sharjah Municipality pest control register and read its category. In Dubai, ask which Dubai Municipality pest control approval it holds.
- Time to stay out. The product name and the stay-out time for people and pets, in writing.
- VAT-inclusive price. A written price that says whether 5% VAT is included.
