Hourly cleaning is maintenance work — keeping an already-clean space in good order. A typical residential visit covers kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, bathrooms, floors throughout, dusting, bed making and tidying, and a load of laundry or ironing if that is what you would rather have done with the time. An office visit covers desks and shared surfaces, kitchen and washrooms, floors, waste and replenishment of consumables.

The honest constraint is that hours are finite and cleaning takes as long as it takes. A three-bedroom apartment cannot receive a full deep clean in three hours, and asking for one produces a rushed job that satisfies nobody. If the space has not been cleaned for a long time, or you want inside ovens, inside cupboards, windows or upholstery, the right answer is a one-off deep clean first and then an hourly slot to maintain it.

This is why we agree a checklist and a priority order at the start. If the time runs short, the cleaner works down the list rather than guessing, and the things that matter most to you are done first.

Most clients settle into a recurring slot, and continuity is what makes it work. A cleaner who has been to your home or office several times knows where things go, what you care about and what to leave alone, and needs no supervision. We keep the same person on a regular booking wherever scheduling allows.

When that person is on leave or unwell, we send cover rather than cancelling, and we brief the replacement from your checklist. Cover is not identical to continuity and we will not pretend otherwise, but it is considerably better than an empty slot.

For workplaces, daily cover is usually scheduled before opening or after closing so the cleaning does not interrupt trading or work. For homes, a fixed weekday and time works best because it is easier for everyone to plan around.

The cleaners we send are MUMTAZ employees on our visa and our insurance, trained and supervised by us. That matters in three practical ways. Accountability: if something is damaged or a visit falls short, there is an insured company to raise it with rather than an individual. Consistency: our staff are trained to the same standard and work from the same checklists. And legality: engaging cleaners informally in the UAE carries risks for the household that engages them, which people are often unaware of.

It also means we can scale. A client who starts with a weekly home visit and later needs daily office cover, a deep clean before a handover, or a facilities contract can get all of it from one company with one point of contact — the same reason our warehouse clients consolidate cleaning and pest control with us.

What we do not offer is live-in staff, and we do not place cleaners into your direct employment. Our people remain employed and supervised by us throughout.
